IM+CANS Batch Import Facility

Providers are responsible for checking their batch logs for warnings and errors and correcting these issues.


  • Status = Paused means the developers have paused your file to make code changes. They will release the batch as soon as they can.
  • If Status = Processing for a long time, it either means you submitted a large file or something in your file caused the process to fail.
  • You must only attach one single .XML file in a Batch Upload. DO NOT attach multiple files or it will cause problems.
  • An individual Batch upload MUST NOT exceed 50 records. 
  • We are constantly evolving our error checking and reporting code to provide you with as much troubleshooting info as possible.
