Providers are responsible for checking their batch logs for warnings and errors and correcting these issues.
Status = Paused means the developers have paused your file to make code changes. They will release the batch as soon as they can.
If Status = Processing for a long time, it either means you submitted a large file or something in your file caused the process to fail.
You must only attach one single .XML file in a Batch Upload. DO NOT attach multiple files or it will cause problems.
An individual Batch upload MUST NOT exceed 50 records.
We are constantly evolving our error checking and reporting code to provide you with as much troubleshooting info as possible.
